2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, party date, child's age, number of children, area/postcode, and any additional details you provide.

3. Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. Enquiry data may pass through Formspree (formspree.io), which is GDPR-compliant. No other third parties.

5. How Long We Keep It

Up to 12 months after your event date, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data. Contact info@driverseparties.co.uk or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Children's Data

We collect a child's age solely to personalise the party experience. This is provided by the parent or guardian and used for no other purpose.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 28 days of the event date.
• If you cancel within 28 days, we will offer a credit equal to the amount paid, redeemable for up to 12 months from the original event date.
• If the remaining balance is not received by the agreed time, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit retained.

2. Venue

• Our Northampton party packages include a spacious partner venue. Venue details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Driverse reserves the right to change the venue if circumstances require, and will notify you immediately.
• For events outside our standard service areas, venue arrangements will be agreed individually.

3. Equipment

• All cars, track equipment and party materials remain the property of Driverse Parties at all times.
• Clients are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage to equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Safety and Participation

• All cars are speed-limited and operated on flat indoor surfaces under direct staff supervision.
• A full safety briefing is given before every driving session.
• Children who do not follow safety instructions may be removed from the track for the remainder of the session.
• Driverse staff have full authority to manage safety and conduct. Their instructions must be followed at all times.
• Driverse is designed for children aged 3–8. Children outside this range may be declined participation at our discretion.
• The number of children must not exceed the number confirmed at booking without prior agreement.

5. Health and Participation

By booking, the lead booker confirms that all children are in good general health, any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed in advance, and parents accept the inherent risks of children operating supervised ride-on electric vehicles.

6. Cancellation by Driverse

• In the event of a Driverse-initiated cancellation, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full rescheduled date or full refund.
• Driverse will not be liable for consequential losses arising from a cancellation.

7. Media and Photography

• Driverse may photograph or video the event for marketing purposes. Please inform us in writing before the event if you do not consent.
• Driverse will never publish the full names or personal details of children in any marketing material.

8. Liability

Driverse will not be liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions, loss of personal belongings, or consequential losses arising from the event.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
